Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Center

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Center contains a variety of helpful resources for Dynamics CRM users and administrators, including videos, forums, ebooks, and TechNet Library support resources. There are several ways for Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Center.

  1. Reach the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Center directly at this URL: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/.
  2. Access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Center from the navigation bar. Hold your mouse pointer over the "Microsoft Dynamics CRM" text on the left of the navigation bar. The navigation menu will appear, showing the various areas of Dynamics CRM. Move your pointer to the right until you reach the HELP icon. Click once.

  3. Click the Help icon (?) in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to get context-specific assistance.

    Context-specific help is one of the best features of Dynamics CRM. You can click the Help icon from any page, and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Center delivers help articles related to the specific function or feature that you were working with when you clicked the Help icon. For example, clicking the Help icon with a Lead record open will bring up the "Create or edit a lead" article.
