Add a contact using Dynamics CRM for Phones Use CRM for Phones to record new contact information. From your smartphone, you can add a contact with just a few clicks. To begin, click the Menu icon in the upper right corner of the app. Choose Contacts, then click the plus icon in the upper right corner. Enter as much information as you can about the contact. Last name is the only required field, but the more you add, the easier it will be to stay in touch with and provide useful information to your new contact. If you don't have a phone number or email address, entering the contact's job title or associated account, if there is one, is a good idea. Click Save to finish adding the contact.
