Use CRM for Phones to track opportunities as they come up. From your smartphone, you can add an opportunity with just a few clicks. Regardless of where you meet someone or hear of a business, you can rest assured that the opportunity won't slip through your fingers because of a misplaced business card or bad short-term memory. To begin, click the Menu icon in the upper right corner of the app. Choose Opportunities, then click the plus icon to add a new opportunity. Enter as much information as you can about the opportunity. Topic is the only required field, but the more you add, the easier it will be to pick up where you left off. After entering the topic, we recommend adding information on either a contact or account. You can either add new, by clicking the plus icon, or choose from existing contact and accounts. If adding new, try to add either an email address or a phone number to make getting in touch easier. Click Save to finish adding the opportunity. Thanks for viewing this video by xRM!
