How to Create Voice of the Customer Surveys

Welcome to this one-minute video on creating Voice of the Customer surveys in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016. First, make sure you've installed and configured the Voice of the Customer solution - if you haven't, take a look at our one-minute videos to learn how. Then, upload images for your survey, design a theme, and plan your survey. Next, create a new survey by navigating to Voice of the Customer, then Surveys, and clicking New. Fill in at least the required fields, denoted by the red asterisk. Click Save and Close when finished. Thanks for watching this video by xRM.
