In Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Activities are records of various tasks such as making phone calls and sending e-mails. Depending on your business practices, scenarios may arise where you need to mark a large number of Activities as “complete”. Rather than opening each individual record, you can create a simple Workflow to do this for you.
