Hi, and welcome to the success portal by xRM. This video will describe conditional business rules in Microsoft dynamics CRM. Complex business scenarios need more than business rules that work with more than the "and" operator since those rules require that all conditions to be true before actions are applied. Microsoft dynamics CRM offers support for the conditional "if-then" or "and-or" scenarios, making it easier to create complex business rules. You should note, however, that nested if-then statements are not supported, nor is grouping expressions within conditions and while expressions can be combined using "and" or "or" operators, they cannot be combined using both.
