Country/Region Code Prefixing

In Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the “Click to Call” feature allows users to place phone calls directly from an open record. However, not every user records the necessary country/region code for a phone number, meaning you may have to manually dial the number, thus defeating the purpose.

In this lesson, we demonstrate how to set the country/region code prefix at the user and organization level to make it easier to place phone calls from Dynamics CRM.
