Email engagement is a feature of Microsoft Dynamics 365 that makes tracking the success of marketing efforts simple and straightforward. It allows you to see when emails and attachments have been opened or replied to, and links have been clicked. You can even schedule times for emails to be sent, set follow-up reminders, and more. But first, you must enable email engagement within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Here's how. Click the down arrow to the right of the current app name, and choose the Settings tile. You may have to use the arrows to scroll over, depending on the number of apps you have. Within the System column, click Email Configuration. On the page that appears, click Email Configuration Settings. Click to open the Previews tab. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then scroll down. Within the Relationship Insights section, first toggle the radio button for Enable Relationship Insights to Yes, then do the same for Enable Email Engagement. Click OK when finished. That's it! Next you'll want to enable Server Side Sync, and OneDrive, and you'll be good to go. Check out our videos on the Success Portal for more information! Thanks for watching this video by xRM!
