Stretch Targets

In Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a target is the part of the Goal that indicates the desired benchmark, such as successfully resolving 40 Case records. What if you want to maintain this target, but add an additional benchmark? You can enable stretch targets for Goal Metrics to do just that. Stretch targets can be higher than the existing target, and while they aren’t required, they can add additional incentive or motivation to users. In this lesson, we demonstrate how to add a stretch target to a Goal Metric.
